Updating workflow permissions after reassignment

Reassigning an object store can affect group permissions for accessing workflow elements. Update workflow permissions after you complete the object store reassignment.

About this task

If your object store includes workflow elements, you might need to update your workflow Administration and Configuration groups before you can access the workflow elements.

To update workflow permissions in the object store:

1. In the Administration Console for Content Platform Engine, expand the reassigned object store in the navigation pane.
2. Go to Adminstrative > Workflow System.
3. On the Workflow System tab, go the Workflow System Security Groups section.
4. Add the appropriate value for the following fields:
   • Administration group:
   • Configuration group:
5. Save your changes.
