Attaching bulk actions to a query

You can attach bulk actions to a query. If you enable the bulk actions, they are automatically applied to search results as the query runs.

To attach bulk actions to a query:

1. Open a new or existing query:

   Option	Description
   New query	For more information, see Constructing a relational query step by step or Constructing a query with a SQL statement.
   Existing query	For more information, see Accessing a query.

2. Click the Bulk Actions tab.
3. On the Bulk Actions tab, select or define bulk actions.
4. To enable the bulk actions, select the Enable check box.
5. Save your changes.
