Default presentation contexts used by DICOMInput node

If no configurable service is set for the DICOMInput node, then a default set of presentation contexts is used.

The DICOMInput node can be configured with a specific set of presentation contexts that it should make available to a Service Class User (SCU). If no configurable service is set for the node, then it defaults to the presentation contexts shown in the table.
