Obtaining Simple Area Charts Summarizing Separate Variables

This feature requires the Statistics Base option.

1. From the menus choose:

   Graphs > Legacy Dialogs > Area

2. Select the icon for Simple and select Summaries of separate variables.
3. Click Define.
4. Select at least two variables and move them into the Area Represents field. These variables must be numeric.
5. To change the summary function for a variable, select the variable in the Area Represents field and click Change Statistic.
