Variable-length symmetric null key token

The following table shows the format for a variable-length symmetric null key token.

0	X'00' Token identifier (indicates that this is a null key token).
1	Version, X'00'.
2-3	X'0008' Length of the key token structure.
4-7	Ignored (zero).
