Availability management of SMS-managed storage

As described in Overview of DFSMShsm functions, DFSMShsm manages SMS-managed storage on a data set basis. That is, the specification for how to treat each data set on a volume is contained in the management class for that data set. The ACS routine can determine the storage group to which a data set is recovered.
