The Configuration object is missing in the inventory. 
Explanation
 The required system configuration definition does not exist in the Printer Inventory.

System action
 Infoprint Server does not start successfully. Infoprint Server waits until the
system configuration definition is created and then starts.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer that this error
occurred. 

System programmer response
 Run this command:loadprinterinventory pidu_export
where pidu_export is
the name of the PIDU export file.
 If you do not have a PIDU export file, use the ISPF System Configuration panel
or the Printer Inventory Definition Utility (PIDU) to edit and save the system configuration
definition. See z/OS Infoprint Server Operation and Administration. Otherwise, contact your service representative in the IBM® Support Center, or use your electronic link with IBM service for assistance.
