This trace record is written when a FID2 route-setup record
is sent or received at the DLC layer. The RTSI and RTSO entries provide,
respectively, inbound and outbound information about the FID2 rapid
transport protocol (RTP) route-setup signal when it is detected at
the DLC layer.
