Resource Adjustment

Resource adjustment is how SRM keeps system resources effectively utilized. Resource adjustment detects and addresses under-utilized resources, over-utilized resources, and shortage conditions. SRM handles resource adjustment algorithms within the constraints set by the policy adjustment algorithms. Resource adjustment is done approximately every 2 seconds.
