During SVC 81 (SETPRT) processing, the ESTAE routine IGCT1081 requests
an SVC dump for one of the following:
- The DEB is not valid
- The FCB image is not valid
- A system error occurred
In the dump title, the variable fields are:
- jobn
- The name of the affected job
- stepn
- The name of the affected step
The areas dumped are PSA, NUC, SQA, and RGN.
