The CPMC is a web based graphical user interface for Capacity Provisioning. You use this interface to work with provisioning policies and domain configurations. You can manage connections to the Provisioning Manager, and use them to transfer provisioning policies and domain configurations to the Provisioning Manager, or to query various status reports. The interface is described in Using the Capacity Provisioning Management Console.
The CPMC maintains a repository, that includes the Provisioning Manager connections, a set of domain configurations, and a set of provisioning policies. The repository is shared across all users authorized to access the Capacity Provisioning task; therefore, all users see the same list of domain configurations and the same list of provisioning policies.
