Defining RRS to automatic restart management (ARM) z/OS MVS Programming: Resource Recovery SA23-1395-00 |

If RRS fails, it can use automatic restart management (ARM) to restart itself in a different address space on the same system. RRS, however, will not restart itself following a SETRRS CANCEL command. To stop RRS and cause it to restart automatically, use the FORCE command with ARM and ARMRESTART. To make automatic restart possible, your installation must:
