The syntax for each variation of the START command is shown immediately
preceding its respective parameter list.
Note: For any variation of the START command, if you
specify volumeserial and omit devicetype (or devnum), you must supply a comma for the missing devicetype (or devnum). Do not supply any commas, however, after the last parameter
you specify.
