When writing the display trace exit routine, component trace displays
the mode, buffer size, and options that were previously set (either
from a previous TRACE CT command or from initial IPL), if either:
- the display trace exit routine does not set either the CTSSDON,
CTSSDOFF, or CTSSDMIN bits
- or the display trace exit routine returns a non-zero return code.
