To remove access, the service provider disconnects all users and destroys the entry table by issuing the ETDES macro with the PURGE=YES option. This disconnects the entry table from all linkage tables in the system and then destroys it. (ETDIS cannot be used to disconnect an entry table that is connected to a system LX.)
