ARCRPEXT Parameter List

z/OS DFSMS Installation Exits

Register 1 contains the address of the ARCRPEXT parameter list as shown in Table 1.

Table 1. ARCRPEXT Parameter List
Offset Length or Bit Pattern Description
00 (X'00') 4 The address of data describing the request and the environment of its issuer.
04 (X'04') 4 The address of the actual management work element (MWE) representing the request, not a copy. For information about the MWE, see z/OS DFSMShsm Diagnosis.
08 (X'08') 4 The address of an area to contain the results of the exit's feedback.
