The new profile for class-name will not be in effect until a SETROPTS REFRESH has been issued.

Explanation

The profile created in the specified class is successfully added to the RACF® database. However, the class specified is RACLISTed, therefore, the change does not take effect until a SETROPTS command is issued to refresh the RACLISTed class.

System action

RACF updates the profile in the RACF database, but does not update the in-storage copy of the profile.
