Reassess and update the coupling facility policy based on available resources. See z/OS Security Server RACF System Programmer's Guide for recommended cache structure sizes and MVS™ documentation on managing the coupling facility resource policy. When this is completed, issue a rebuild for the structures to be affected by the policy change.

If INITSIZE was specified in the STRUCTURE statement, delete it. It causes the size of the structure to be limited to the INITSIZE value instead of the SIZE value.
