The ADDSD command was issued with FROM specified, but the FROM profile has a different security label than the profile being defined, and the SETROPTS options prevent security label changes by a user without the appropriate authority. One of the following conditions is true:

• The user did not have the SPECIAL attribute, and SETROPTS SECLABELCONTROL was in effect.
• SETROPTS MLSTABLE was in effect, but SETROPTS MLQUIET was not in effect.
