Explanation
While RACF® was
processing a RACHECK request, the RACF manager
returned a return code that was not valid.

System action
The system stops the task.

Programmer response
Register 15 contains the hexadecimal return
code from the RACF manager,
but Register 0 does not contain the RACF manager
reason code. (Message ICH409I, if issued, contains this reason code.)
