INCORRECT VALUE parameter SPECIFIED FOR
 IPMAILERNAME STATEMENT
Explanation
 The input parameters on the IPMAILERNAME statement
are not valid. There are two required parameters that must be coded.
The first parameter is the IP mailer fully qualified name or host
name. The first parameter must not end with a period. The second parameter
is the usage scope, which must be either ALL or UNKNOWN. 
 In
the message text: parameter
parameter shows the first 10 characters of
the input parameter that is not valid. If the parameter value
is shown as <NULL>, the parameter is missing and needs to be
coded. See the information about  the IPMAILERNAME
configuration  statement in z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration
Reference.

System action
 The SMTP server is halted.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Change the parameter associated with
the IPMAILERNAME configuration statement  to a valid one. Restart
SMTP.
