INCORRECT VALUE parameter SPECIFIED FOR EXITDIRECTION STATEMENT - THE DEFAULT VALUE OF INBOUND WILL BE USED ExplanationThe input parameter on the EXITDIRECTION statement is invalid. The default value of INBOUND will be used instead. This means that the SMTP server will call the customer supplied SMTP exit program to process inbound data from a TCP/IP connection. parameter shows a maximum of 10 characters of the invalid input parameter. If the parameter is shown as <NULL>, the parameter is missing and needs to be coded. See z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration Reference for more information about the EXITDIRECTION configuration statement. System actionSMTP continues Operator responseNo action is needed. System programmer responseChange the parameter associated with the EXITDIRECTION configuration statement to a valid one. If EXITDIRECTION is BOTH then you must also code SAFYES or SAFNO.
