SMSG DEBUG Output - Session Debugging Enabled 
Explanation
 You issued a MODIFY smtpprocname,SMSG,DEBUG
command.  This message displays the output from the command.  This
command enables the connection to the SMTP.DEBUG data set,  if the
connection is not already enabled, and starts the collection of debugging
and  tracing information. The MODIFY smtpprocname,SMSG,DEBUG
command has the same effect as adding the DEBUG option to the SMTP.CONFIG
data set.

 SMTP continues. Debug information is being collected.
