Explanation
 The port number specified in the PORT statement
of the hlq.PROFILE.TCPIP
and the hlq.SMTP.CONFIG
data sets must be in the range of 1 - 65 534 and they must both
be of equal value. The default port number for both configuration
data sets is 25.

System action
 SMTP continues.

Operator response
 Change the PORT statement in the hlq.PROFILE.TCPIP
or the hlq.SMTP.CONFIG
