Displays the local time zone. To change the time zone, change the TIMEZONE statement in hlq.SMTP.CONFIG. The time zone must be exactly 3 characters. The default time zone is LCL. For more information on the TIMEZONE statement, see the z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration Reference.
