Explanation
 The call to the rcmd_af procedure that passes
the information to the remote host failed. 
 description describes
the error.  
 errnojr is the hexadecimal UNIX System Services Reason Code.
The format of the 4-byte Reason Code is explained in the introduction
to the Reason Code section of the z/OS UNIX System Services Messages and Codes, where the Reason Codes are listed.

System action
 RSH ends.

Operator response
 Examine the command typed and reissue the
RSH command.  If the problem persists, contact the system programmer.
The most common description is ECONNREFUSED.  If this occurs, start
the remote shell server on the remote host.

 Correct the error indicated by description and errnojr.
