Route precedence is as follows:
For IPv4, the concept exists of a special default multicast route
with a destination of 224.0.0.0 and a netmask of 255.255.255.255.
For IPv6, there is no special default multicast route. Because all
IPv6 multicast addresses start with FF, the following prefix route
serves the same function as the default multicast route:
