the type of database.

 If the named server is initially loading,
it ends.  If the named server is reloading, it stops reloading
and continues.

 Re-create this problem with a SYSTCPIP
component trace active specifying the TC, UDP and IOCTL options
and set the debug level on the named log files to 99. Dump
the named address space.  See the z/OS Communications Server: IP Diagnosis Guide for instructions on dumping an address space.
Obtain the following documentation and contact the IBM® software support center:  The named server configuration file.
The SYSLOG DAEMON logging file.
All configured named logs.
Use the rndc dumpdb utility to dump the named servers
cache to a file.
The component trace requested.
The dump of the named address space.
