 Re-create this problem with a SYSTCPIP
component trace active specifying the IOCTL option and set
the debug level on the named log files to 99. Obtain the following
documentation and contact the IBM® software
support center:  The named server configuration file.
The SYSLOG DAEMON logging file.
All configured named logs.
The component trace requested.
Dump the named address space if the named server
did not end. See the z/OS Communications Server: IP Diagnosis Guide for instructions on dumping an address space.
