Explanation
 The sysplex distributor was not able to open and
bind to the UDP port specified on the SMPORT parameter on the VIPASMPARMS
statement in the TCPIP profile. This probably means that this port
is already reserved or that another application is already bound to
this port.

System action
 The sysplex distributor will not perform the
Service Manager function for the Cisco Multi-Node Load Balancer (MNLB). 

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Update the TCPIP profile to specify
a different port on the SMPORT parameter on the VIPASMPARMS statement.
