Explanation
 A link state advertisement  (LSA) was
received with an incorrect scope value.   The scope value is indicated
in the first three bits of the link state type.   This probably indicates
a code error on the sending router.

id
The link state ID value. This value identifies the portion of
the internet environment that is being described by the LSA.  The
contents of this field depend on the type value.

The router ID of the originator of the advertisement.

System action
 The LSA is ignored.

 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Contact the vendor of the sending
