Explanation
 In attempting to send data to or receive data
from the client, TFTPD is unable to allocate memory for a data buffer.
 errnojr is
the hexadecimal z/OS® UNIX System Services reason code.
The format of the 4-byte reason code is explained in the introduction
to the reason codes (errnojrs) information of
the z/OS UNIX System Services Messages and Codes, where the reason codes are listed.

System action
 TFTPD ends the request by sending an ERROR packet
to the client.
