has failed as the result of an  internal error.  The task is no longer
usable. 
 In the message text:  jobname
The job name of the Telnet server.
task
The task value can be: LUNR
The job name is an LU name requester.
LUNS
The job name is an LU name server.

 Processing ends on the indicated task.
