Explanation
 The TCP/IP profile specified TCPCONFIG TTLS. 
Application Transparent Transport Layer Security (AT-TLS) policy that
contains no rules was received and installed  by the TCP/IP stack.

 jobname is the name of the TCP/IP stack
that received and installed AT-TLS  policy that contains no rules.

System action
 TCP/IP continues.  AT-TLS will not secure any
connections.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Determine whether AT-TLS is required
on this TCP/IP stack.  If AT-TLS is not  required, remove the TCPCONFIG
TTLS specification from the TCP/IP profile. If  AT-TLS is required,
