Explanation
 The SNMP subagent was connected to the SNMP Agent,
but the connection was broken.

System action
 The subagent will try to reconnect to the SNMP
Agent until successfully reconnected.

Operator response
 If the SNMP Agent job is not active, restart
the SNMP Agent. If the SNMP Agent is currently active, the SNMP subagent
should automatically reconnect to the agent.  If it does not, stop
the SNMP Agent and restart it.

System programmer response
 If the SNMP Agent job is not active,
restart the SNMP Agent. If the SNMP Agent is currently active, the
SNMP subagent should automatically reconnect to the agent.  If it
does not, stop the SNMP Agent and restart it.
