IS NOT VALID BECAUSE THE SPECIFIED DISTMETHOD IS NOT HOTSTANDBY ExplanationThe indicated keyword and the DISTMETHOD keyword are specified on a VIPADISTRIBUTE profile statement. However, the DISTMETHOD parameter is not HOTSTANDBY. The specified keyword is valid only when the DISTMETHOD is HOTSTANDBY. In the message text:
System actionIf processing an initial profile or a VARY TCPIP,,OBEYFILE command, the VIPADISTRIBUTE statement and any subsequent statements in the VIPADYNAMIC block are ignored. Profile processing continues. This message is also displayed as part of VARY TCPIP,,SYNTAXCHECK processing when the VARY TCPIP,,SYNTAXCHECK command detects this error in a profile data set. No changes are applied to the active configuration by VARY TCPIP,,SYNTAXCHECK processing. Operator responseContact the system programmer.
