Explanation
 IPv6 Dynamic XCF support cannot be changed by
using a VARY TCPIP,,OBEYFILE command. See z/OS Communications Server: New Function Summary for more  information.

System action
 TCP/IP continues.  The IPCONFIG6 DYNAMICXCF statement
is ignored.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 If you want to change the IPCONFIG6
DYNAMICXCF address, you must first stop  TCPIP, code a new IPCONFIG6
DYNAMICXCF statement in the initial profile, and  start TCPIP again.
