Explanation

This message is a result of specifying the GLOBALCONFIG TCPIPSTATISTICS parameter in the TCP/IP profile.

recv_count is the number of IP requests received.

out_count is the number of IP requests sent.

for_count is the number of IP datagrams forwarded.

TCP/IP is being shutdown.
