The Function keys pull-down has two choices that are equivalent to the KEYLIST PRIVATE and KEYLIST SHARED commands:

Use private and shared

Causes ISPF to use the keylist defined as private (equivalent to the KEYLIST PRIVATE command). Private is the default. It is unavailable if it is the current setting.

Use only shared

Causes ISPF to use the keylist defined as shared (equivalent to KEYLIST SHARED). It is unavailable if it is the current setting.
