All the fields on this panel are explained in the "ISPF Libraries and Data Sets" topic of the z/OS ISPF User's Guide Vol I except List ID, which is explained in List data sets, "Additional input libraries", which is explained in Input data sets, and here:

Enter any options you need in the Other field, except LIB, OBJECT, or PRINT. ISPF generates these options automatically. LIB specifies the input data set concatenation sequence. OBJECT writes the output object module to a partitioned data set. PRINT writes the output listing to a list data set. See Input data sets, Object data sets, and List data sets for more information.
