Upgrade more mail file folders at one time

You can upgrade the design of folders at one time that together are as much as 300 KB in size. Prior to IBM® Notes® 10, you were limited to upgrading only 32 KB of folders at one time. This feature requires the IBM Notes 10 mail template (mail10.ntf).

Select a folder in your mail file and then click Actions > Folder > Upgrade Folder Design. Wait while your mail file is scanned, then click Manual Upgrade and select the folders to upgrade. Scroll pages to display more folders.
