The Watson Customer Experience Analytics (CXA) for Mobile Basic Edition SDK documentation is moving soon from the Knowledge Center to the Watson CXA for Mobile DevCenter on IBM developerWorks. The DevCenter is a one-stop shop that provides all the tools developers need to create, develop, and innovate with CXA Mobile. In the DevCenter, you will find step-by-step tutorials, APIs, documentation, community forums, and expert support.

User logins and passwords

You need an IBM® ID and password to access Watson Customer Experience Analytics for Mobile Basic Edition. The Organization Administrator creates your initial User account. Then, you receive a welcome email that provides you with the information to set up your IBM ID.

Users with existing non-IBM ID logins

If your organization is a non-IBM ID organization, you have an existing Watson Customer Experience Analytics for Mobile Basic Edition login that is not an IBM ID. The first time you logged in you could use your Watson Customer Experience Analytics for Mobile Basic Edition login or your IBM ID.

Once you use the IBM ID, your other Watson Customer Experience Analytics for Mobile Basic Edition login is disabled and the only way you can login to Watson Customer Experience Analytics for Mobile Basic Edition is with your IBM ID.

If you never used your IBM ID to log in, you will continue to receive password expiration email notifications for your other Watson Customer Experience Analytics for Mobile Basic Edition login ID.

Organizations that are converted to IBM ID orgs

If you organization was a non-IBM ID organization and has been converted to an IBM ID org, you can only use your IBM ID to login to Watson Customer Experience Analytics for Mobile Basic Edition.
