If you are testing applications that require security to
be disabled, you must disable security for the secure Monitor test
environment server where these applications are published. These steps
are required only if you are using Integration
Designer.
Procedure
To disable the security that was enabled during the installation
of the Monitor test environment, complete the following steps:
- Disable applications security.
- Start the Monitor test environment server.
- In Integration
Designer,
click the Servers tab, select the Monitor test
environment server, and double-click the icon to the left of the name
to open the Server Overview.
- In the Security section of the Server Overview, clear
the Security is enabled on this server check
box.
- Right-click the server in the Servers view and start
the WebSphere® Application
Server administrative
console. Log in with the current administrative user ID and password.
The default user ID and password are admin and admin.
- In the navigation panel, click . Clear the Enable
administrative security and Enable application
security check boxes.
- Disable the inbound and outbound identity assertion.
- In the WebSphere Application
Server administrative
console, under , open the RMI/IIOP security section.
Click CSIv2 inbound authentication.
- Clear the Identity assertion check
box.
- Disable the Monitor Bus Security so that cross-cell functions
will operate correctly.
- In the WebSphere Application
Server administrative
console, click . Locate the server name
(MONITOR.WBMonSrv_wps_Cell.Bus or MONITOR.WBMonSrv_esb_Cell.Bus)
and click Security.
- Under Permitted transports, clear the Enable
Bus Security check box.
- Click Allow the use of all defined transport
channel chains, and then click Apply and Save.
