Example IBM MQ configuration for z/OS using QSGs

This section gives an example of how to set up communication links to a queue sharing group (QSG) from IBM® MQ on Windows and AIX®. You can also connect from z/OS® to z/OS.

Setting up communication links from a queue sharing group to a platform other than z/OS is the same as described in Example IBM MQ configuration for z/OS. There are examples to other platforms in that section.

When the connection is established, you must define some channels to complete the configuration. This process is described in IBM MQ for z/OS shared channel configuration.
