This health indicator tracks the
need for a backup on the database. Backups should be taken regularly
as part of a recovery strategy to protect your data against the possibility
of loss in the event of a hardware or software failure.
Important: The health monitor, health indicators,
and related components have been deprecated in Version 9.7 and might
be removed in a future release.
For more information,

This health indicator determines when a database backup
is required based on the time elapsed and amount of data changed
since the last backup.
An attention alert might be generated
to indicate that a database backup is required. Database backups
can be automated by setting the AUTO_DB_BACKUP database configuration
parameter to ON. If automatic database backups are enabled, the attention
alert indicates that one or more automatic database backups did not
complete successfully.
