Explanation
 The CICS® or IMS Attachment Facility detected
that a shutdown was in progress for the Db2 subsystem
while processing your request.  This might occur during initial connection
processing or during subsequent requests, depending on the type of Db2 shutdown.

System action
 The connection is not established.

Operator response
 Restart the Db2 subsystem. 

User response
 Before you can continue, you must restart the Db2 subsystem. Contact the operator
to restart the subsystem, and then resubmit your transaction.
