Getting values from a data interchange format file

You can create charts from data in data interchange format (DIF) files. These files are usually created by spreadsheet programs an IBM PC. To use a DIF file, you must first send the file from your IBM PC to your host computer. The documentation for the spreadsheet program should tell you how to do this.
Once the file has been sent to the host:
  1. Go to panel 2.9.
  2. Select option 1, type in the name of the file you have just sent, and set Type of file to 2. Press ENTER.
  3. Select items and import data as you did in the example above.
