Setting up an external resource manager for an IBM Streams enterprise domain

IBM® Streams supports IBM Platform Symphony®, Apache Hadoop YARN (Yet Another Resource Negotiator), and user-defined resource managers. Using an external resource manager with IBM Streams is optional.
