IBM® Cloud Transformation Advisor is a developer tool that is available at no charge to help you quickly evaluate on-premises Java™ EE apps for deployment to the cloud.

The Transformation Advisor application is available on IBM® Cloud Private. It can quickly evaluate your on-premises applications for rapid deployment on WebSphere Application Server and Liberty on public or private cloud environments.
