Viewing revision history
You can view information about the revisions to the Work Center, including the current draft version, the current published version, and previously published versions.
Procedure
Select to open the Work Center design history dialog box.
Depending on the configuration activity in this Work Center, you might see any of the
following revision statuses:
- Draft
- The version of the Work Center that contains unpublished changes to the active version. A draft is viewable in Design mode only. A Work Center can have one draft version. The draft can be deleted.
- Active
- The version of the Work Center that is active to your users. This Work Center is visible when you leave Design mode. A Work Center can have one active version.
- Inactive
- The previous active versions of the Work Center. The most recent one was replaced by the active version. A Work Center can have multiple inactive versions.
